Its location was exceptionally nice, in a higher crime area. Rooms by the photographs had a family atmosphere.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed in perfectly clean room by the photographs, and really enjoyed it. The service was all in all perfect.

My room included a ceiling fan and a carpet. The bathroom was good size with a tub. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, close enough to dining options and an outlet mall, so many restaurants and outlet stores, and an outlet mall.

The front desk guy was very nice and courteous, although he forgot to inform us about the free breakfast. The location of the hotel was great and the property itself was very nice. Despite some noise from the pipes, we had a comfortable and restful sleep. I would recommend this hotel.

In general, I truly enjoyed my exceptionally clean room by the photographs. Tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were available in the kitchen. The property's location was particularly good and unbeatable, in the Valley. The experience was really really nice and I would stay here again.

Excellent location in the central part of the Rio Grande Valley. We could have used extra towels for the swimming pool. Over all a good value for the money. Nice cold A/C units.

This hotel is a great place to stay with a group of friends. The location is perfect, right next to the outlet mall, making shopping super convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom. The hotel staff goes above and beyond to accommodate their guests, even upgrading them to a suite for the same price. The front desk associates are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The mattresses are comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. it's a great place to hang your hat.

I was disappointed that the jacuzzi was not working.

The location was good, near to the outlets. And it was also close enough to an outlet mall and dining options and an outlet mall and Chili's for convenient dinning. You guys made my stay nice.
